Pat and the other lady were wonderful. I apologize for not remembering her name. They were so helpful to the point of putting the wheelchair in my car and showing me how to remove the foot rests. Thank you for the goody bags and l apppreciate it. I will come back

I was on vacation and lost the key to my mobility scooter. The staff at Essential had never seen my brand but they helped me source a lock and key as a priority! Wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Very helpful went out of there way to help me with my hospital bed pat was amazing and very helpful also the delivery guy was friendly and understanding totally would recommend this business

In a world where good service is hard to find, the folks at Essential Mobility set the gold standard. Words seem inadequate to describe the amazing quality of service they provided today. Great response to a panicked phone call of several days ago! Great advice and Great service! I usually question 5 star reviews- nothing is perfect....but I could NOT indicate 4.5!!
