I had the good fortune to decide on dealing with this business Oct 22 2025. Their level of customer service from the first phone call through to pick up of the device was perfect . Polite , courteous and knowledgeable. Upon entering the storefront I was greeted by very polite , smiling staff ( Mackenzie ) . The device i was there to pick up was ready to go . I was informed by Mackenzie that she was in fact in training however any questions she could not answer , her Mentor Nathalie efficiently and politely answered . The whole process was seamless . I highly recommend this business based on my interaction with these two professional staff .

Pat and the other lady were wonderful. I apologize for not remembering her name. They were so helpful to the point of putting the wheelchair in my car and showing me how to remove the foot rests. Thank you for the goody bags and l apppreciate it. I will come back

I was on vacation and lost the key to my mobility scooter. The staff at Essential had never seen my brand but they helped me source a lock and key as a priority! Wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Very helpful went out of there way to help me with my hospital bed pat was amazing and very helpful also the delivery guy was friendly and understanding totally would recommend this business

In a world where good service is hard to find, the folks at Essential Mobility set the gold standard. Words seem inadequate to describe the amazing quality of service they provided today. We were in real bind and they came to the rescue with care and understanding. Team Essential certainly exceeded our expectations. Thank you so very much.
